Hello, beautiful!...ok, so that wasn't the most original pick-up line, but it's true! My name is Mikki Conway, and i am on a beautician-mission. i have been in the business of beau-tay for nearly 10 years. in that time i have had the pleasure of meeting soooo many fabulous people — women, in particular. some who know they are fabulous and others who have no clue. working with women to bring out their inner bombshell no matter what age, lifestyle, or budget is my (wait for it...) beauty duty...

basically, I adore anything that has to do with hair, makeup, fashion, theatre, vintage goods, music, film, and positive vibes....working behind the chair, styling for theatre companies, teaching and styling for a modeling agency, styling weddings, proms, boudoir shoots...ad campaigns, airbrush tanning, editorial shoots, music videos...you name it, i do it....and when i do it, i do it like-whoa...

I have been working in the tri-state area primarily but I hope to spread BLW coast-to-coast, and internationally. I also hope to bring BLW on another mission near and dear to my heart — a non-profit organization that will help underprivileged girls and women look and feel their best for back-to-school and/or seeking employment.
